I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I must in this situation. The first clean, they were 45 minutes
late so therefore I was 35 minutes late clocking in at work. Not a problem though, things happen. They finally arrived. I was prepared to go over a few things with the cleaners but soon realized neither one spoke nor read the  English language. Liza charged me the dollar amount for a deep clean that I never authorized. But because i was happy with their work, I paid for the deep clean and left a generous tip. I scheduled my 2nd clean. They never showed up. I texted Liza and she informed me they weren't cleaning today because she had other cleans to do and something about the schedule. She never sent me a courtesy text to inform me of this. When the 2nd clean took place, I was disappointed. It's now been over a month from my 1st clean so the house definitely needed a cleaning. Sadly, they did the bare minimum. My showers were never cleaned as evidenced by my hair still in the drain traps. I spoke to Liza about the issue. She said my showers did get clean. I left it to that. The wooden blinds and two ceiling fans were never dusted, I had an area on my wood flooring that needed a little bit of extra attention, it was never touched. The area around my commodes were not touched. I took a paper towel and wiped the areas. The paper towel was full of dust and grime. I had to clean both commodes myself. The tub in the 2nd bathroom had dust inside and around the tub. There was dirt underneath my coffee table, dinner table plus a living room chair. I checked around to see if they dusted. They did but only in areas where my eyes could see. I was upset needless to say. I asked my neighbors approximately how long they were at my house. I was informed anywhere from 45 to 60 mimites. I scheduled a 3rd clean but this cleaning was all about setting up my home with micro cameras in every room. Sadly, videos don't lie and everything that I suspected was true. My house wasn't getting thoroughly cleaned and I was being charged for a full clean. I texted Liza to inform of my findings. She, instead, chose to ignore my text and ignore my request for reimbursement for the 3rd clean.

I say all of this to warn people. I, too, clean homes in New Albany, Bexley, Upper Arlington and a couple of homes on Riverside Drive. I've been cleaning for 27 yrs and I know what a 5 star cleaning entails. I know what thorough cleaning looks like and smells like. It's hard work and time consuming. It involves getting on your hands and knees to do the job. It involves cleaning one house a day so one doesn't have to rush to get to the next clean. I've hired 5 different cleaners since arriving to Columbus and it was the same with each cleaner. They were lazy, unprofessional and have little to no work ethic.

Liza and her team did a very last minute move out clean for me recently and I was BLOWN AWAY. Not only did Liza accommodate a large cleaning job on short notice, her and her team did an incredible job. No surface was left untouched and Liza was very communicative with me during the clean if there were any issues.
